At Hypperwattz, we sell technical and specialised products, including electric bike conversion kits, motors, and batteries.
Due to the nature of these products, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
📦 RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY PERIOD)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, but only for eligible items.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Technical items where handling goes beyond reasonable inspection

Gift cards and discounted/promotional items

E-bike kits, batteries, and motors are sensitive technical products and cannot be returned or refunded once installation has been attempted, completed, or modified in any way.
